1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chilis
½ cup sliced green onions
½ cup chopped pitted olives
4 (6 inch) flour tortillas
salsa (optional)
| Directions | 1. In a bowl, blend cheeses, chilis, green onions, and olives. Spread ½ cup cheese mixture on each tortilla
2. Roll up each tortilla jelly-roll fashion
3. wrap each roll in plastic wrap & chill at least 1 hour
4. to serve, cut each roll into 12 (½" thick) slices
