1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
3 T. butter, melted
Filling:
5 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 T. flour
1 T. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
chocolate syrup | | Directions | Crust:
Mix crumbs, 3 T sugar, and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of springfoam pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each egg until just blended. Pour over crust. Bake 70 minutes, until center is almost set. Cool before removing pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sppon filling over top to serve. | | Notes | | |
