1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 T. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped pistachioes
Filling:
4 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
2 t. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
| | Directions | Crust:
Combine ingredients and spread into bottom and up the sides of a springform pan. Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes.
Filling:
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, mix well. Add egss, one at a time, beating util yellow just disappears. Beat in vanilla. Pour 1/2 of the filling onto the cooled crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the filling. Cover with remaining filling. Bake at 350* for one hour. Cool on wire rack.
