1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. worcestershire
1/2 c. oil
2 lemons, squeezed
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 t. oregano
2 T. dijon mustard
5 cloves crushed garlic
| Directions | I double this for a flank seak from Sam's/Costco. Marinade in a baggie for two or three days. Grill as a whole steak until desired temperature. Let sit about ten minutes and then slice. | Notes | |
