3 lbs stew meat
1 can beef broth
1 stick butter
6 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, kinders Buttery steakhouse seasoning
| Directions | - Spread stew meat on cutting board and use the stapler tenderize all over. Season with salt pepper and Buttery steakhouse season. Flip and repeat on the other side.
- put olive oil in pan and sear meat.
-while meat is searing, wash Potatoes and cut in half or quarters depending on size.
-put Potatoes in crockpot. Add can of beef broth.
-put seared meat and juices from pan on top of Potatoes.
- melt stick of butter in bowl then use garlic press and whisk in 6 cloves of garlic. Pour the garlic butter over the meat and cook on high 5 hours. | Notes | |
