1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup (8oz) sour cream
8 oz. velveeta, cubed
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground mustard
1/2 t. pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese | Directions | Cook macaroni. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, velveeta, parmesan, salt, pepper, mustard until melted together and smooth.
Drain pata, toss with cheddar cheese in a greased baking dish. Add cream sauce and mix everythnig together. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. | Notes | |
