box of lasagna noodles - not oven ready
4 jars Alfredo sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
ricotta cheese 16 oz
salt/pepper
garlic salt
onion powder | Directions | 1) Boil noodles to al dente and preheat oven to 350
2) In large bowl shred chicken, add 1 jar of alfredo, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, salt and pepper, garlic salt and onion powder. Mix all together
3) drain noodles and do not rinse
4) On a piece of parchment paper, lay noodles out flat and pat dry.
5) Spread filling on each noodle and roll up
6) Place in lightly greased pan, seam side down. (approx 8-9 roll ups per pan)
7) Drizzle 3 remaining jars of sauce over the roll-ups covering completely
8) Cover with mozzarella cheese
9) Bake covered at 350 about 30 minutes.
10) Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes until warm and bubbly | Notes | This Recipe made two 9x13 foil pans |
