2 Packages of Aus Jus powder
2 Packages of Ranch Seasoning
2 cans of Beef Consommé
1 Stick of Butter, cut into tablespoon size slices
Brioche Slider Buns (24 count at Sams)
sliced provolone cheese | Directions | Place Roast in Crockpot
Pour cans of beef consommé in crockpot
sprinkle all dry ingredients over top
place butter slices over meat
cook on High4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours
Shred meat and strain juices through fine colander
melt slice of provolone on both sides of sliced bun and place under broiler until melted (WATCH CAREFULLY)
serve with side dish of strained juice
