One small onion, diced
Minced garlic
16oz spaghetti noodles
1/2 stick butter
Green shaker Parmesan
1 jar favorite marinara sauce
8oz sour cream
24 oz small curd cottage cheese
Fresh mozzarella - 9 slices
6 oz shredded Parmesan
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning | Directions | Break spaghetti noodles in half and boil. Drain and put back in pot. Add in half stick butter, 1/4 of spaghetti sauce, a few shakes of the green parmesan cheese, a little garlic salt, and some pepper. Mix well.

Cook sausage with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain out excess grease with a paper towel. Pour in 3/4 of the jar of spaghetti sauce. Add in some garlic salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix the tub of cottage cheese, 8 oz of sour cream, some garlic powder, some pepper, and some Italian seasoning together.

Spread half of the noodle mix into the bottom of a greased 9x13. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the top. Add the other half of the noodles to the top. Lay the nine slices of fresh mozzarella cheese on top. Spread the meat mixture on top of this. Add the shredded mozzarella parmesan to the top. Make a foil tent and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
