1 (16oz) sour cream
2 cans cream of chcken soup
2 sticks butter
2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese
small box cornflakes
garlic salt, pepper, onion powder | | Directions | 1) put potatos in 13x9 pan. Let defrost on counter. Melt 1 stick butter; pour over evenly
2) In bowl, mix with spoon; sour cream, cheese, soups (undiluted), garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Blob over potatos. Turn under gently. Bake at 350° uncovered till bubbly and cooked through.
3) put approximately 6-8 cups cornflakes in bowl. Add 1 stick melted butter and mix well.
4) Top potatoes with cornflakes. Bake till browned, about 10 min. | | Notes | | |
