Ingredients
1 onion sliced thin
1/2 stick butter

Large can crushed tomatoes
3 packs enchilada seasoning
8 cups water
Heaping scoop chicken base
1 block cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can corn drained
1 taco rotisserie chicken (chicken chunked, Rotel, taco seasoning, spices)
Couple shakes cumin, garlic salt, pepper, Julio's seasoning,

Cook onions in butter til soft. Add in tomatoes and enchilada seasoning. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Sinmer
