Dump Chicken Fire Roasted Rotisserie Tacos-not spicy! (print)
Provided By: Katie
Description: Dump all ingredients in a pot for 30 min...so easy!
Ingredients
3 Sam's or Costco Rotisserie chickens
1 can fire roasted tomatoes with garlic (I usually use Hunts)
1 can fire roasted green chilies
2 packets SAZON GOYA (the orange box)
1 packet taco seasoning
Couple shakes of: Cumin, Pepper, Garlic salt, Onion powder
Directions
Pull of breasts from the chickens. Put breasts and juice from chicken tray into a pan. (The boys usually eat the legs wasting zero of the chicken!)

Dump rest of ingredients into pan. I usually use a knife and fork to shred the chicken a little and slice/mash the tomatoes.

Simmer 30 min, tossing around a few times to mix all the flavor
