1 stick butter
1 thinly sliced white onion
Garlic paste
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder

1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2 1/4 c milk
2 bags shredded cheddar | Directions | 1 stick of butter in pan melted, sliced the potatoes on my slicer, threw all the potatoes in the pan, a squeeze of garlic paste, and 1 thinly sliced white onion. Seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, onion powder...lightly tossed (almost making fried potatoes)
Once soft, I added in 1 1/2 sticks melted butter and 2 1/4 cups milk. Simmered on low about 15 min, (I did 20 and it was a little too long) lightly tossing around with spatula while simmering to thicken sauce. DO NOT OVERTOSS OR THEY WILL START TO MASH
Put shredded cheddar over top and broil. | Notes | |
