16 oz carton heavy whipping cream
2 sticks butter
I gave good sprinkles of following: (I tasted after the first 45 min and added a little more of everything)
Garlic salt
pepper
Onion powder
Minced onion
Adams reserve white wine garlic butter seasoning
| Directions | Chunk potatoes. Put into 9x13. Melt 2 sticks butter, mix in all seasoning. Pour over potatoes and toss well.
Bake at 400 for 45 min to crisp up. Add in heavy cream, toss again. Bake at 300 1 hour, covered. Store. Bake another hour.
