| Seafood | Firecracker Salmon (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: Spicy baked salmon | Ingredients | 2.5 pounds salmon, skin off (I cut a whole one into 4 big pieces)
1/2c soy sauce
1/2c olive oil
2T brown sugar
3T minced garlic
1t crushed red pepper flakes
1t ground ginger (I ran out so it was a little shy)
2T Siracha Sauce
1T Carolina Reaper paste (I got it at Aldi)
1t ground pepper | Directions | Mix all ingredients together. Pour into gallon bag. Add salmon. Marinate in fridge 30 min-1 hour, turning 1x.
Pour everything into greased 9x13. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min, until flaky. Turn on broiler and broil an additional 3-5 min to crisp top a little...watch it!!!! | Notes | |
