Description: Spicy baked salmon
Ingredients
2.5 pounds salmon, skin off (I cut a whole one into 4 big pieces)
1/2c soy sauce
1/2c olive oil
2T brown sugar
3T minced garlic
1t crushed red pepper flakes
1t ground ginger (I ran out so it was a little shy)
2T Siracha Sauce
1T Carolina Reaper paste (I got it at Aldi)
1t ground pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into gallon bag. Add salmon. Marinate in fridge 30 min-1 hour, turning 1x.

Pour everything into greased 9x13. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min, until flaky. Turn on broiler and broil an additional 3-5 min to crisp top a little...watch it!!!!
