| Pressure Cooker | Fast Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: | Ingredients | -1 diced Rotisserie chicken (I have these frozen in baggies, with juice from them. I pretty much buy 1 or 2 every time I go to Sam's and then freeze, use for everything) OR 3 cans chicken breast
-1 can/jar chicken bone broth
-2 boxes chicken broth
-2 bags frozen sliced carrots
-1 head celery, diced
-2 chopped white onions
-1 stick butter
-1 heaping spoon chicken base
- garlic salt
-pepper
-1t. Oregano
-1t. Thyme
-1T. Parsley (yes T)
| Directions | Saute butter with chopped veggies until onions are soft in pressure cooker. Add in everything else (MINUS 1 box of chicken broth), stir. I legit threw in totally frozen Rotisserie chicken. Cook 7 min with a 5 min release.
I do so many veggies that I have to save the 2md box of broth and add it once it's done cooking so it doesn't overfill the Instapot. Works fine.
I also made some egg noodles separately while it was cooking and added them to it once it was done.
Take soup from Instapot and put in Tupperware or pot...Whatever you are gonna store it in, and add in other box of broth, stir :) | Notes | |
