2 2/3C. Jasmine rice
4 Cups/1 box chicken broth
3-4 heaping spoons minced garlic
1.5T parsley
pepper/dash of garlic salt
4T. grated parmesan | Directions | -In Instant Pot, saute butter so it melts. Add rice, broth, garlic, parsley, salt/pepper and stir well.
-Manual cook 7 minutes on High pressure
-Slow release 2 minutes, then quick release
