This makes 2-9x13...you can cut in half | Ingredients | 2 lbs spaghetti
2 chopped up Rotisserie chickens
2 sticks butter
10 oz cooking marsala
1/2 c flour
4c chicken broth
3c heavy cream
2 bags parmesan
Heaping spoons minced garlic
1 can diced up black olives
1/2 package diced mushrooms
1 med diced onion
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder
Couple sprinkles Adams reserve White wine garlic butter seasoning
| Directions | Cook spaghetti and drain. Rinse with warm water. I added a spoonful of chicken base to water. Divide noodles into 2-9x13 pans.
In large pan, melt butter. Cook onions, mushrooms in butter. Add in flour, stir and boil 1 min. Add in minced garlic and olives. Add in chicken broth. Bring to simmer. Add in cream and marsala. Simmer. Add in cheese and spices. Stir well. Add in shredded chicken. Pour evenly over two pans. Stir to mix well.
Bale at 350° until bubbly and crispy on top :) About 30 min. | Notes | |
