2 sticks butter
1 heaping spoon minced garlic
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cups flour
Onion powder, garlic salt, pepper
2- 9x13 pans | Directions | Cut each breast into 3 or 4 pieces, tenderize
One can milk into bowl, flour into another bowl. Dip each piece into milk then flour. Arrange chicken into pans...shove it in to pan.
Melt butter and garlic together, pour evenly over 2 pans.
Sprinkle whole pans with seasonings.
Bake 30 min at 425. Flip over chicken. Whisk cream of chicken and additional can of milk into leftover milk. Pour evenly over 2 pans. Bake another 30 min. | Notes | |
