| Breakfast | Biscuit Breakfast Bake (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: My boys devour this every week before school | Ingredients | -1 can jumbo buttermilk biscuits, 8 biscuits
-1 lb sausage, cooked & crumbled and handful chopped bacon or half bag mini ham cubes
(I have used varying combos of these)
-Colby & monterey Jack cheeses, shredded
-6 large eggs and1/2 cup milk
-Garlic salt, onion powder & pepper, to taste
-1 (2.75 oz) packet country sausage gravy and
1.5 cups water OR follow my homemade buttery white gravy under Misc. (I usually make this) | Directions | Cut each buscit into 8 pieces. Throw all over bottom of greased 9x13, trying to cover bottom.
Sprinkle meat on top. I usually pick 2 and use them :)
2 handfuls of cheese over top.
Whisk eggs and milk, pour on top of cheese.
Sprinkle seasonings over top.
Cover with gravy and one more handful thinly spreaded cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. | Notes | |
