2 finely diced onions
2 heaping spoons flour
1 stick butter
1 box chicken broth
32 oz heavy whipping cream
1 can corn, drained
1 can Rotel
1 7 oz can diced green chilis
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 packs taco seasoning
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder
1 t. Smoked paprika
2 spoonfuls minced garlic | Directions | Saute onions in butter. Add in 2 heaping spoons flour and make a paste. Pour in chicken broth, mix until combined. Add in everything else, simmer 20 min. Serve with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped avocado, etc...
