Baby gold potatoes
Chicken base
Garlic butter

Lemon juice

| Directions | Cook pork cutlets on stovetop in drizzled olive oil. I had garlic salt, pepper, and lemon seasoning on them.
Meanwhile, chop potatoes into quarters and coin toss zucchini onto baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Toss around to coat and bake at 425 for 20 min, tossing a few times while roasting.
Once pork is cooked, put on plates. Wipe out pan. Melt garlic butter and saute thyme. Add in chicken base and lemon juice, simmer 2 min. Add in sour cream to make cream sauce. Drizzle over pork and potatoes/zucchini. | Notes | |
