| Pasta | Homemade 2 meat lasagna (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: Makes 2- 9x13 lasagnas | Ingredients | 2 pkgs lasagna noodles (not no-bake)
3lbs ground beef, 2 chubs sausage
2x 28oz tubs small curd cottage cheese
4 eggs
2 lbs mozzarella
1 pkg fresh mozzarella pearls
6 oz bag parmesan
Minced garlic, 4-5 T
28 oz crushed tomatoes
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
Garlic salt, pepper, basil, onion powder, italian seasoning | Directions | Boil noodles, rinse, dry on paper towels.
Cook all meat together, drain. Add in all tomatoes, paste, garlic, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, basil, italian seasoning. Simmer together for 30 min, stirring.
Mix together eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan.
In 9x13, put 4 noodles on bottom (overlapped), 1/4 of white mix, 1/4 of mozzarella, 1/4 red mix, 4 noodles, 1/4 white mix 1/4 mozzarella, 1/4 red sauce, top with 1/2 bag mozzarella pearls randomly spread. Repeat same steps in 2nd 9x13. Bake at 350° for 45 min
