| Pasta | Poblano Pico Pasta (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: | Ingredients | 1 small white onion, chopped
1/2 pack bacon
1 pack prepared pico 12-15 oz
2 cans cream of poblano soup
Heavy whipping cream (use instead of milk for soup)
1 bag parmesan (6oz)
1 pack penne pasta
Garlic salt, onion powder, pepper
Adam's reserve white wine & garlic (dry spice)
**optional shrimp or chicken | Directions | Cook pasta and drain. Chop bacon, cook on stovetop. Once almost done, add chopped onion and cook in grease. Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Add in 2 cans soup, 2 soup cans of heavy whipping cream, pico, & Adam's reserve and mix. Simmer about 5 min. Add in pasta and parmesan. Stir together well.
I have also added a small bag of medium shrimp, cut in half (tails off) to the pan when cooking the onion to make it a complete meal. You could also do chunks of chicken
