2T cornstarch
2 lb block white American (shredded)
1 bag mozzarella
1/3 c milk
2 cans Rotel
Chopped jalapenos (I used jar ones)
Nutmeg
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Ground Red Pepper
| Directions | On med-low, bring evaporated milk and cornstarch to boil, whisking to prevent burn. Add cheese by handfuls and continue to whisk til it melts. Add in milk, 2 cans Rotel, 1.5T chopped jalapenos, 1t cumin, 1 small shake ground red pepper & nutmeg, garlic salt and pepper.
Add more red pepper and jalapenos as needed :) | Notes | |
