-4 large chicken breasts, chunked
-lemon juice
-chicken broth
-alfredo
-lemon butter seasoning
-flour, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper | Directions | -2 sticks butter, lemon juice in skillet.
-cut chicken breasts into small chunks
-quick toss in flour/garlic salt/pepper/onion powder
-fry in the butter mix...They fry up quick as they are small
-sprinkle seasoning over them while cooking
-throw 1 jar alfredo sauce into leftover butter mix and 1/2 box chicken broth simmer a few min. with chicken in sauce
Serve sauce with pasta and chicken :)
My chicken breasts were huge and made a tin when chopped up. I cooked 1/2, put on a plate, added 1 more stick of butter and some more lemon juice and cooked a second batch. | Notes | |
