Pack of smoked sausage (roughly 12 links)
1 can beef broth
1 can ginger ale
Minced garlic
1 can beef broth
1 stick butter
Beef base
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, McKenzies | | Directions | | In skillet, fry chopped potatoes in melted butter, sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, McKenzies and 2 spoons minced garlic while frying. Once browning, add 1 can beef broth. Put on lid and let simmer til soft and liquid absorbs. Add in sausage "coins", toss with buttery potatoes. Add 1 spoonful beef base and 1 can ginger ale. Simmer with lid on 10min. Stir before serving. | | Notes | | |
