| Breakfast | Quiche (print) | Provided By: Kelly | Description: Yummy and easy to customize. Makes two Quiches | Ingredients | 1 package refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
8 large eggs
16 oz heavy whipping cream
2 cups of cheese of your choice (cheddar, swiss, colby jack, etc.)
Meat of choice (bacon, sausage or ham etc.)
Veggies of choice (mushroom, onion, peppers, spinach, etc.) | Directions | 1) Preheat oven to 400.
2) Cook bacon or sausage
3) While meat is cooking, pat pie crust down in two separate pie dishes.
4) In a large bowl beat eggs, add cream and mix.
5) Add cheese and meat to egg mixture
6) Sautee vegetables of choice in the bacon or sausage grease and add to egg mixture
7) Pour the egg mixture in to the pie crusts. Make sure to divide it as evenly as possible between the two.
8) Loosely cover both with foil and bake for an hour at 400 degrees.
9) Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes until set and golden brown. | Notes | |
