bbq sauce | Directions | 1. rub drumsticks and put in smoker at 250 degrees for 1.5-2 hours, until at least 165 degrees.
2. cut large sheet of foil and pour some bbq sauce on it. Roll drumsticks in the sauce, then add more sauce over the top. Wrap tightly and return to smokers for 1 hour.
3. Remove from smoker and rest in cooler for 1-1.5 hours. | Notes | |
