olive oil
Rub of choice
1 bottle BBQ sauce | Directions | -Heat smoker to 250.
-Cut chuck roast into big chunks.
-Lightly brush the pieces with olive oil then apply the rub
-Place on smoker racks for 2.5 hours
-Remove from smoker and place on large foil sheet
-Pour BBQ sauce over the meat and turn to coat
-wrap up the foil to create a sealed packet and place back on smoker
- Smoke for 1 hour
-Remove from smoker and place in a cooler for 1.5 hours to rest before serving. | Notes | |
