2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
1 t. lemon extract
1 c. softened (not melted) butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. salt
5 c. flour
Icing
2# bag of powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
milk
food coloring
| | Directions | Mix and add flour.
Dough will be soft
Chill. Roll out 1/4" thick on floured board. Cut out.
Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be light
Icing
