2 cans shredded chicken
2 bags shredded cheese
1 can Rotel
1 can cream mushroom
1 can cream chicken
1 can chicken broth
2 scoops sour cream
2 cups cooked spanish rice
Garlic salt, pepper, cumin, oregano
| Directions | Whisk together all 3 soups. In separate bowl, mix together everything else BUT 1 bag cheese and tortillias. Spread a little soup mix on bottom of 9x13. Put down 6 tortillias. Spread 1/2 of chicken mix on top. Pour soup over top. Add 6 more tortillias. Add rest of chicken mix. Add more soup. Put last 6 tortillias on top. Put 2nd bag of cheese on top. Cover with rest of soup, pushing soup down sides of pan with spatula. Bake at 350° uncovered for 40 minutes, till hot and bubbly. | Notes | |
