Hidden Valley southwest chipotle dressing
small tortillas (as small as you can find- burger patty sized)
pico de gallo
pepperjack cheese slices
shredded mexican cheese
*optional ingredients*
shredded lettuce
taco seasoning
burger seasoning | Directions | 1) pan fry the burgers. (I like to sprinkle both sides of my patties with taco seasoning and burger seasoning) Top with pepperjack cheese.
2) lay tortillas (2 tortillas for each burger patty) down on skillet. Spread some dressing on each tortilla, then top with shredded cheese. (should look like 2 open faced quesadillas). Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.
3)place a burger patty on a tortilla, top with pico de gallo and shredded lettuce if using
