| Seafood | Crawfish Pasta (print) | Provided By: Kelly | Description: From New Orleans Friend | Ingredients | 2 large white onions
1/2 bunch is parsley tips (I use two handfuls)
3 bunches of green onions
6 large toes of garlic
1 stick of butter
2 packs of crawfish tails (12 oz. each)(recipe calls for two but I always use 3 packs of the frozen. )
1 large brick of velvetta cheese
2 tbs. flour
2 packs of angel hair pasta
Fresh Parmesan cheese
1 quart of half and half
| Directions | Cook pasta in a separate pot.
Sauté onions, parsley, garlic, green onions in butter until soft, add flour.
Add velvetta and crawfish tails. Melt cheese into mixture. Add half and half into mixture.
Add cooked pasta into mixture.
Place in large baking pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 min. At 350. | Notes | |
