2 cup chicken broth
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T minced garlic
? teaspoon red pepper flakes
? cup finely diced shallots (or red onions)
1 stick butter
16 oz heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Pepper
Any pasta....I used bowties | Directions | | Notes | Cut and beat chicken (I turned each big breast into 4 smaller ones). Melt butter in large pan, season each piece of chicken on both sides. (I used McKenzies...salt and pepper would work too) Cook chicken in butter. Remove from pan. Add in chopped shallots, cook. Add in chicken broth, garlic, lemon juice, all spices. Bring to boil and reduce liquid slightly. Add in cream and boil 3-5 minutes, stirring. Put chicken back in pan and coat with sauce. Serve over pasta. |
