1 bag frozen cubed hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken
1 bag frozen peas/carrots
2 cans corn
1 small white onion chopped
1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
4 cups water
2 heaping spoons of chicken base
1 t. parsley
Onion powder, garlic salt, pepper
