| Freezer Meals | Chicken and Rice Casserole (print) | Provided By: Mom | Description: Great fresh or frozen! | Ingredients | ~Shredded Chicken (I used some diced up rotisserie chicken)
~ 3-4c. COOKED long grain white rice (instead of cooking with water I used HEB garlic chicken broth
~ 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
~ 1 cup sour cream
~ 2 c. Shredded cheddar
~ 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack
~ 1 t. Garlic powder
~ salt and pepper
Combine all and place uncovered in 350 oven until hot and bubbly | Directions | ~spray 13 x 9 pan
~combine ingredients and put into greased pan
~ bake uncovered @ 350 for 45 min. or until hot and bubbly
( If frozen..leave out on the counter to defrost completly or partially. May need to extend baking time till hot and bubbly. Cover lightly with foil if it starts to brown) | Notes | |
