1 onion, chopped
4 oz. diced green chilies
2t. (heaping) minced garlic
2 T. oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can v-8 (soda can size)
1 t. cumin
1 t. chili powder
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
crushed tortilla chips
sour cream
monterey jack cheese | | Directions | Saute onions and garlic in oil, add all other ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for about an hour.
freeze. Reheat in large soup pan
