| Freezer Meals | Simple and delicious pot roast (print) | Provided By: Kerry | Description: | Ingredients | 5 lb roast (recipe called for a chuck roast, I only had eye of the round on hand and it turned out great)
3 packets of ranch salad dressing powder
3 packets of italian salad dressing powder
5 packets of brown gravy powder ( I used McCormicks)
2.5 cups of water | Directions | Place roast in slow cooker.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together; pour over the roasts.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Shred or slice beef, then freeze. Reheat in the oven and serve over mashed potatoes | Notes | |
