½ lb. butter
1 can (14.5oz) chicken broth
Salt & Pepper (to taste) | Directions | Peel potatoes and slice in half lengthwise. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking pan at 350 degrees. Roll potatoes in melted butter and arrange in pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Turn potatoes over and pour chicken broth over them. Bake another 45 minutes to one hour turning and basting frequently. | Notes | |
