Description: quick and easy homemade chicken flautas
Ingredients
2 cans (sams club sized) chicken
1 pack (20 count) 6 inch flour tortillas

***The following ingredients have no real measurements, add to fit your taste. The measurements listed are all estimates of what I used***

queso fresco, crumbled (about 6 ounces)
butter (about 2 tablespoons)
shredded monterey jack (two large handfuls)
salsa (I used pace, and added about 3/4 cup)
taco seasoning (somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 cup)
minced garlic (about 1 heaping tablespoon)
Directions
Heat oil to 350 degrees
Drain and shred chicken
Melt butter in a large pan
Add chicken and all other ingredients, heat through, until cheese is melted.
Take 1 large spoonful of mixture and place in a strip just off center in each tortilla.
Roll up tightly (leave ends open) and use a toothpick to keep closed
Fry until golden brown
