2 red bell peppers, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
1 c heavy cream
salt and pepper
1 stick salted butter, cut into pieces | Directions | preheat oven to 350. slice corn kernels from the ears in a large deep bowl with a sharp knife. turn knife to the dull side and scrape the cob all the way down to remove all the bits of kernel and the creamy milk. add the red peppers , jalapeos and heavy cream, 2 tsps salt, generous amount of pepper, and butter. mix well and pour into a 9x13. bake until hot and bubbly, about 45-55 minutes | Notes | |
