| Desserts | Chocolate chip sundae cups (print) | Provided By: Kerry | Description: mini chocolate chip sundaes | Ingredients | 30 oz roll of chocolate chip cookie dough
vanilla ice cream
jar of hot fudge or bag of chocolate chips
maraschino cherries (18) | Directions | -divide cookie dough into 18 balls, place one each in greased muffin tins
-cook according to directions on package until puffed up and almost completely cooked
-remove from oven and press centers down using a 1/8 c. measuring cup or something of equivalent size, to create a cup
-let cool, then scoop ice cream into each, leveling off at the top
-top each with a spoonful of hot fudge (softer finish as it does not harden when frozed) or melted chocolate chips (will harden when frozen and create a hard disk)
-place a cherry on each and freeze until ready to serve | Notes | |
