1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 egg whites
15 ounces ricotta cheese
4 cups cheddar cheese
24 ounces chunky salsa | Directions | Cook beef and season with taco seasoning
Mix egg whites with ricotta cheese
In a 9x13 pan place a layer of noodles, top with half of ricotta mixture, then half of beef mixture, then half of salsa and half of cheese. Repeat steps.
Either cover and freeze or bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes | Notes | |
