24 small biscuits (I buy the 4 can pack that have 10 in each can)
The following ingredients are all to taste:
garlic powder
shredded cheddar (I use about 1.5 big handfuls)
bacon bits (I use about 1/4 c.)
Fresh chives, chopped (I cut two stalks) | Directions | Preheat oven to 375
cook potatoes according to directions on pkg
Once potatoes are done add the remaining ingredients (except the biscuits), then smash 'til smooth
Take each biscuit and flatten to the size of your palm.
Place 1 heavy handed tbsp of filling in the middle of the biscuit, then wrap the sides up and pinch to create a ball
Place seam side down in greased muffin cups
Bake uncovered until light golden brown | Notes | |
