2 cans crescent rolls
1 med. potato
1 bag shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
2 eggs/splash of milk (whisked together)
garlic salt
pepper
onion powder | Directions | Cook up sausage into crumbles, shred the potato right into pan as sausage is frying and cook together. Once cooked, add whisked eggs/milk into and cook until eggs are mixed in and cooked. Add in 1/2 bag of cheese, garlic salt, pepper and onion powder and stir everything together.
Spray mini muffin pan, form about 1.5 - 2 inch pieces of crescent roll into each muffin. These do not have to be pretty! Heap some of the sausage mix into each muffin. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 about 8-10 minutes. | Notes | |
