3 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp cidar vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 3/4 c. water
9 tbsp butter
3 3/4 c. mashed potato flakes
3 tubes jumbo ( 8 count per tube) buttermilk biscuits
Cheddar cheese | Directions | Cook meat until no longer pink
Add garlic, ketchup and vinegar, and salt, mix well. Set aside
In small pan bring the water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes until smooth.
Grease muffin tins well, take biscuits and press 1 into each tin cup. Press down in center and up the sides.
Place a large spoonful of meat mixture into each tin, top with a large spoonful of potatos and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown | Notes | |
