Mini Shepherds Pies (print)

Description: Individual sized shepherds pies- freeze well
Ingredients
To make 24:

3 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp cidar vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 3/4 c. water
9 tbsp butter
3 3/4 c. mashed potato flakes
3 tubes jumbo ( 8 count per tube) buttermilk biscuits
Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook meat until no longer pink
Add garlic, ketchup and vinegar, and salt, mix well. Set aside
In small pan bring the water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes until smooth.

Grease muffin tins well, take biscuits and press 1 into each tin cup. Press down in center and up the sides.

Place a large spoonful of meat mixture into each tin, top with a large spoonful of potatos and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
