3 cups chopped potatos
1 onion, sliced
3 cups boiling water
1 t. celery salt or chopped celery
¼ pepper
½ salt
2 T. minced parsley
Cream Sauce
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
2/3 t. salt
3 cups milk | Directions | -cook potatos and onion in water with salt until tender
-Mash with potato masher
-make cream sauce and add to potato mixture.
-Add seasoning and heat thoroughly.
-Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving

-melt butter in heavy saucepan slowly, add flour and salt
