| Breakfast | Maple Sausage Crescent Logs (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: Sausage/cheese stuffed crescent rolls (yummy recipe from Candice) | Ingredients | 1 chub maple sausage
1 block cream cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
(a few drops of maple syrup is optional...i use it) | Directions | -cook up sausage on stove, drain grease and melt cream cheese into cooked sausage.
-season with salt and pepper (add optional syrup)
-open crescent rolls...each can makes one log (a four triangle stretched/rolled out as bottom and other four triangle stretched/rolled and cinched onto top)
-slap 1/2 sausage mixture onto lower sheet and cover with top sheet
-bake on parchment paper covered cookie sheets at 350 until crecest rolls brown and rise | Notes | |
