1 can cream chicken
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 oz. can diced green chilies
2 cups chicken broth
18 corn tortillias, cut into six inch strips
2 cans shredded chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken
2 bags colby jack | Directions | Soak tortillias in chicken broth for 2 minutes, remove ans det aside on plate.
Add to cream soups, green chilies, can of tomatoes to chicken broth, stir well.
Grease 9x13, layer 1/3 of tortillias, 1/3 sauce, 1/3 cheese and 1/2 of chicken...repeat twice ending with tortillias, sauce and cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 5 more minutes. | Notes | |
